What does a Legal Process Server Do?

Written by Crystal Gonzalez

A legal process server delivers (serves) the documents to the individual or corporation/business entity listed on the legal document being served. Once the documents are delivered a Proof of Service is completed and given to the party who requested the service.

There are several requirements and constraints associated with the rules of service of process. Process servers have the skills and experience to serve your legal documents in a timely and affordable manner. More importantly, they serve in accordance with the local and state process serving laws.
